On the recommendation of my colleague, I recently used R.I. Executive Chauffeurs for a workshop I organised. In total I booked 14 transfers from/to various airports to collect our international speakers/attendees, and two shuttle buses from different train stations.
From the onset, the communication with Ryan was excellent. Despite the frequent amendments I had to make leading up to the event (due to flight changes/speaker cancellations), and the complex travel arrangements due to multiple collections at various times/terminals and on different days, Ryan provided excellent advice and remained professional, accommodating, and friendly. My wife and I asked RI Chauffeurs to take us to London City airport for our flight to Amsterdam and onward to Australia. Also for the return journey. Ryan arrived promptly at the specified time, smart and friendly and loaded the four cases into the boot of a well presented and very comfortable Mercedes S Class. As a former RoSPA and IAM instructor and assessor, I am utra-critical of drivers and Ryan is an excellent and very competent driver – we felt totally safe and, as mentioned, very comfortable indeed.
